Company
Better healththrough honestincentives.
Invyta exists so participants get paid for the habits that already matter in clinic, and so sponsors can prove engagement in language that finance and clinical teams both trust. We are building for renewals, audits, and messy real life, not launch press.

Mission
We help shift behavior around medication, mindfulness, and movement using cash, coaching, and advocates, so outcomes compound for years, not weeks.
We assume participants juggle shifts, caregiving, and uneven access to care. We assume sponsors answer to CFOs, CMOs, and sometimes Congress. Product decisions have to satisfy both, or we are not doing our job.
How we work
Defaults enterprise buyers can verify
We ship to production continuously
Small, reviewed changes beat quarter-long branches. On-call and release discipline are part of the job, not an afterthought for “later.”
Engineering owns clinical correctness
Product managers do not guess about PHI flows. Clinical and security leaders review behaviors that touch adherence data before they reach participants.
Compliance is a property of the system
Access logging, encryption, and BAA coverage are designed into services, not delegated to a slide deck someone updates once a year.
Compliance & security at a glance
- HIPAA-aligned posture. BAA in place with sponsoring covered entities per engagement.
- AWS hosting in audited regions. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Role-based access, audit logs on PHI-adjacent operations.
- Subprocessor list and security artifacts available under NDA for enterprise review.
- Public policies: Privacy, Terms.
Pen-test summaries, data-flow diagrams, and org-specific BAAs ship through our security review process, not through this marketing page.

Careers & contact
We hire clinicians who respect engineering, engineers who respect clinicians, and operators who can explain both sides to a sponsor. No open roles are listed here yet. Send a note if you want to work on adherence infrastructure at national scale.
